From the Sopocachi station, you can take a complete tour of the city and return to the same station in 2 to 3 hours, depending on the stops you make.

Each section costs Bs. 3. The second section costs Bs. 2.

The entire suggested round trip will cost you approximately Bs. 23

It is recommended to buy a card (Bs 15 with Bs 5 of credit) and purchase the necessary credit for the whole trip. One card can be used by several people by passing it multiple times at the entry points. Only cash is accepted to buy the tickets or the card.

  • Monday to Saturday from 06:30 to 22:30
  • Saturdays and Holidays from 07:00 to 21:00
Recommended Route
  • Yellow Line towards Mirador station. (10 min). You will see a wonderful view of the city. There is a fast-food restaurant with a café that has a great viewpoint.
  • Silver Line. (12 min) You will skirt the boundary between La Paz and El Alto over markets, edge houses and the brow of El Alto.
  • Blue Line. (30 min round trip). On Thursdays and Sundays, you will see the largest open-air market. Between the second station Plaza Libertad and the third station Plaza La Paz, you will see the cholets. You can turn around at the UPEA station.
  • Red Line. (10 min) As soon as you start descending, you will pass over the Chualluma neighborhood, painted by artists. Then you will pass over the general cemetery, ending at the former central train station. There you will find a museum, supermarket, and dining options.
  • Orange Line. (10 min). The first station Riosinho is two blocks away from Jaen street. Passing the Apachita station, you will pass over a traditional cemetery. It reaches the Heroes of the Revolution square where there is a Cable Car museum.
  • White Line. (13 min). It passes through the entire Miraflores neighborhood amidst buildings, ending at the Av. Arce station. From there, you can take an elevator and you will be half a block away from Multicine.
  • Celeste Line. (5 min) A single station in the direction of Del Libertador.
  • Yellow Line. (5 min) to the Sopocachi station, half a block away from the Hotel.
